| Network Marketing Training l Home Network Marketing TrainingA good network marketing training system is easy to do and easy to teach. I once happened to be in a workshop where Ron Victor, whose parents were among the seven founding distributors of Amway, was introduced. I asked him if there was any one thing he would recommend to someone building a network marketing business, what would it be? He said, "Introduce them to a system." Without a system, people don't know where to go, what to do, how and when to talk to people. Your upline may have already introduced you to their system. You should probably follow it until you feel you can create your own. Your people will do the same. Just make sure it's a series of steps anyone can take and then teach anyone else to do. My upline was earning around $50,000 a month when I first met him. His network marketing training system was simple. First step: have a product experience by using the product. Second step: tell others about your experience. Third step: sign them up and teach them to do the same. Who couldn't do that? One my favorite stories from the network marketing training book, Guerilla Multilevel Marketing is by Margie Aliprandi, who earns over 6 figures a month. In the book, Margie describes how she started off using trade shows to get people interested in her product. As soon as someone signed up, she had them work the shows with her. She also signed up a lot of customers and then offered them the opportunity to earn back their purchase price by having a home party, where Margie would come and give a product demonstration. Her system worked. She had a way of gathering leads. She converted the leads into customers and then into distributors. And she immersed new recruits immediately in their network marketing training. Simply put, a system is a set of procedures to follow for advancing your business under any given circumstances you encounter. You’ll almost always find the high-earners in your upline use some kind of system to organize their daily activities and to train distributors. If you don’t have an upline with a system, create your own “Standard Operating Procedures” or SOP manual with simple instructions for: • Showing
customers how to order products Many of the above sets of procedures may already be available to you from your upline or company. If not, use the Guerrilla Multilevel Marketing book— to create a training system you can pass on. Creating procedures for every aspect of your network marketing business clarifies all the necessary steps. A system makes you completely confident, so that, when talking to prospective business builders, you can speak about your opportunity with ease and conviction. |
